FAQ’s
Do we have to buy tickets to attend the show?
No. This is a free event; however, families are welcome to make a donation to the PTA, which supports our morning clubs and school theater program. - CLICK HERE
Can I send snacks and a water bottle with my child to Holman Middle School?
Absolutely. We encourage students to bring a labeled water bottle and a small snack for rehearsals.
What does my child have to wear?
Please check with your child’s director. Step Team students should wear all black, and Advanced Dance students already have their assigned outfits.
What time should students arrive for rehearsals and performances?
Students should arrive 5-10 minutes before 4:00 PM to ensure we have enough time to check in and get settled before rehearsal or showtime begins.
Can families stay during rehearsals?
Due to space and supervision needs, rehearsals will be for students and staff only. We want the show to be a surprise for you and your family!
Will students need transportation to Holman Middle School?
Yes. Families are responsible for transporting students to and from Holman Middle School rehearsals and performances.
Can students leave early from rehearsal?
We ask that students stay for the full rehearsal whenever possible so they do not miss important staging, transitions, or directions.
Will pictures or videos be allowed during the performance?
We kindly ask to reframe from taking pictures and video and enjoy the show. We did hire a photographer to capture the highlights of the performance.
Will costumes be provided for all performers?
Some costumes and props will be provided by the school, while other groups may be asked to wear specific clothing items from home.
