Glow Report Thanks!
Glow Reports play a vital role in fostering a strong partnership between our school, students, and families. By encouraging students to reflect on their academic progress and commitment to school values, these reports nurture self-awareness and goal-setting skills. Parents’ contributions, highlighting their child’s strengths and future goals, provide invaluable information that helps us better support each student’s growth. Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully complete and return these reports. Your involvement strengthens our shared commitment to helping every child shine and succeed.

Parent Teacher Conference Reminders
Parent-teacher conferences, scheduled for January 30, provide an excellent opportunity for parents to meet with their child’s teacher and discuss progress, challenges, and goals. parents can sign up for a convenient time slot to ensure personalized communication; however, these conferences are not the only chance to connect. Teachers are readily available for additional phone calls or meetings throughout the school year, allowing for ongoing collaboration to support students’ learning and development. Parents can easily reach out to schedule a conversation via ParentSquare or email, fostering a strong partnership between home and school.

65 - Cornerstones of Greenwood
The 65 hours between Friday dismissal and Monday arrival are more than just a weekend - they are a critical window into our students’ lives. During this time, they step away from the structure and support of our school into diverse environments that may shape their feelings of connection, safety, and belonging. That’s why it is our mission to ensure every student feels seen, valued, and cared for before the 65th hour ends each Monday, our favorite day of the week. By reaching out, building relationships, and fostering a sense of community, we can bridge this gap and remind every student that they are an essential part of our school family. Let’s make those connections count!

Win the Morning - Cornerstones of Greenwood
As we continue to prioritize our “Win the Morning!” philosophy, let’s remember the power of starting each day with energy, excitement, and purpose. Our goal is to create a school environment where students and staff are eager to run (figuratively) through our doors, ready to embrace the day before 8:00 AM. Morning clubs and morning choice activities are key to fostering this enthusiasm, offering students a reason to arrive early and engage meaningfully. By replacing traditional morning work with opportunities for creativity, connection, and exploration, we set the tone for a successful day. Together, let’s make mornings an unforgettable experience that inspires everyone to bring their best selves to school.
