Sunday Greetings!

We are thrilled to welcome December with three uninterrupted weeks of hands-on learning for our Gators! Our commitment remains steadfast to meet the academic needs of our students through our new reading curriculum and support their social and emotional well-being as we return from break. Together, we’ll continue finding ways for our Gators to shine their light!

A Special Thank You to Our Room Parents!
Our Friendsgiving event was a tremendous success, thanks to the coordination of our Room Parents! If you missed this special opportunity, we warmly invite you to join us for lunch on another day. Parents are always welcome at the Greenwood Cafeteria and can enjoy time with their child at the parent table.

Welcome Back - Tardy Challenge
If every student arrives on time on Monday, December 2, two students from each class will have the chance to throw a water balloon at Mr. Stein on Friday, December 6. Let’s make it happen!

Do You Belong at Greenwood?
We asked our students this important question, and timely arrivals play a key role in building a sense of belonging. The magic at Greenwood happens between 7:20–8:00 AM through Morning Choice, Morning Clubs, Announcements, Meetings, and Friday Celebrations. If your child arrives after 8:00 AM, they miss our vital social-emotional curriculum, which is just as essential as their academic lessons. Thank you for ensuring your child is on time each day!

Transportation Change Reminders
All transportation changes must be submitted in writing, ideally through a note in your child’s green folder. Same-day changes will not be accepted over the phone unless it is an emergency.
