As part of the Cultural Heritage Series, the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Opportunity invites students and families to participate in a screening of the documentary, "Bring Them Home," and a panel discussion of local Native American/Indigenous and environmental leaders. Panel participants will discuss addressing environmental justice through an indigenous perspective.

"Bring Them Home" is a feature documentary that tells the story of a small group of Blackfoot people and their mission to establish the first wild buffalo herd on their ancestral territory since the species’ near-extinction a century ago, an act that would restore the land, re-enliven traditional culture and bring much-needed healing to their community.
