Please remember all students need to report to school with a mask on their face. We do recommend sending an extra mask into school as well.
We are excited to kick off our new morning clubs from 7:20 – 7:50 AM this week. Please note that attendance for each morning club will be kept by the instructor, and a student will be removed if the following criteria is not met:
Less than 6 “X’s” on “The Weekly Report”, Zero Tier II/Tier III Behavior Communicators, Zero Bus Discipline Referrals, Misses 2 performances, & Misses 3 practices from 7:20 – 7:50 AM
Monday: Bucket Drumline (gym), Reading Olympics (library), Rise and Shine (Lab)
Tuesday: Basketball (gym), Math 24 (music), Lexia Power Up (Lab)
Wednesday: Dance (gym), Rubik’s Cube (library), Bongo Drums (music), Minecraft (Lab)
Thursday: Cheerleading (gym), Ukulele Club (music), Lexia Power Up (Lab)
Friday: LEGO (Lab), Acapella Group (music)
Tuesday, November 30 – Reading Award Ceremony
We are so excited about hosting our first Reading Award Ceremony from 7:30 – 7:50 AM. Families can attend in person or attend virtually. As a reminder for all our morning award ceremonies, if your Reading Award Winner is a bus rider, you are highly encouraged to drop them off to assure they are arrive on time. We will stream our ceremony to all our classrooms as well so the entire school can cheer on these readers. Wednesday, December 1 – 5th Grade Family Gathering
During recess, our 5th grade students will gather with their housemates and Head of the House in order to develop a dance routine that will be performed at our Taji Unity Day Celebration on December 10.
Friday, December 3 – Spilling the Tea with Mr. Stein @ 8:00 AM
Join Mr. Stein at 8 AM for “Spilling the Tea.” During this virtual meeting, we will answer the Questions and/or Concerns submitted ahead of time.
