Sunday Greetings (9.19.21)

Safety Update
As you know, Henrico County Public Schools and Greenwood Elementary School are doing everything reasonably possible to keep you informed about health concerns that are connected to our school. With that in mind, I have an important message to share with you.  Moving forward, we will be sharing the number of positive COVID-19 cases and associated exposures ( close contacts) at Greenwood each week as part of this regular communication on Sundays. This notification will replace the community emails that we have sent previously. We hope this new streamlined approach will help keep you informed without flooding your inbox.

Over the past week, Monday, September 13 – Sunday, September 19, Greenwood Elementary School has recorded 5 positive COVID-19 cases and 12 associated exposures (close contacts). All close contacts have been previously notified by building administration.

3rd – 5th Grade Growth Assessment – Tuesday, September 21 & Wednesday, September 22.

Thank you parents for making sure your students arrive on time to school and have a good night’s sleep for their two big days this week.
